YOUR PARCEL’S JOURNEY
**While we are working very hard to get items on their way to their new homes as soon as possible, some delays and extended delivery timeframes may occur due to restrictions to our dispatch team following government guidelines on social distancing. We are aware that disruptions within our couriers’/carriers' logistics are also occurring, and whilst we are working closely with them we cannot always guarantee our normal delivery time frames.**
When your order has left from us here in the UK we will send a shipment confirmation email to you so that you know your parcel is on its way.
Within the UK, all standard parcels will be looked after by Royal Mail, couriered around in their red vans! Express delivery is handled by DHL in their speedy yellow vans.
For USA, parcels are flown from the UK to your nearest international airport hub. Standard parcels are delivered to you by USPS or FedEx, and express parcels by DHL.
If your parcel is heading to another country it will then be looked after by a local delivery partner until it reaches you. For every country in the world, we seek the most effective and efficient delivery partners, and aim to offer both cost effective standard delivery and express delivery options.

All orders are dispatched on the same working day if they are received by the collection cut off times for carriers:
For UK & USA orders 12pm, UK time
For other international orders 12pm, UK time
*Please allow an extra 3 working days onto your expected delivery time to allow our team time to embroider your item.
Orders received after the collection cut off times are despatched the next working day. Please note that working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or UK Public Holidays.
As standard, we send every parcel via a delivery service with online tracking.
A link to the online tracking system is included in your shipment confirmation email. When you click the link it will take you to the tracking website of Royal Mail, DHL or P2P Mailing where you will see the latest information about your parcel, typically including:
Date when collected from us
Arrival at the collection sorting office
Arrival at the destination sorting office
Dispatch to the delivery driver
