Orders are sent straight away to be preened, picked and packed as soon as the confirmation button is pushed! Any orders we receive before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, we will aim to ship out to you on the same day. Any received after this time we will endeavour to ship out the next working day.
As soon as your order is winging its way to you, a confirmation email will be sent with delivery information.
We offer a variety of delivery options for various destinations, at different prices and varying estimated delivery times. Please find all the options below.
Every effort will be made to achieve the delivery times quoted below, however, if you do need something by a certain date, please do consider the express services. If your package arrives too late, please do not hesitate to take advantage of our fuss free returns policy.
All UK delivery options (except for First Class deliveries of Gift Vouchers) are delivered on a tracked service. Once we know the tracking number this will be sent to you via email so you can keep an eye on your order from dispatch to delivery!
**Please note all orders which are placed BEFORE 2pm (GMT) will be sent the same working day. Any orders placed AFTER 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. This includes all tracked services and Guaranteed by 1pm.**

Royal Mail guaranteed delivery is available throughout the UK except for certain remote postcodes. In most areas delivery is guaranteed by 1pm, or in remoter areas by 5.30pm. Delivery time will be displayed at checkout. If you place your order before midday requesting guaranteed delivery, we guarantee your order will arrive on time. If it does not, please contact us for a refund of the delivery charge. In addition, you are always free to return your order for a full refund if it has arrived too late.

Most of our toys are fluffy and light, so we don’t expect very many orders to exceed 2kg in weight. If your order does exceed 2kg we will send it via DPD Tracked delivery service with an expected delivery time of 1 – 2 days from dispatch.
European Priority - £3.00 - FREE for orders over £30
Fulfilled by Royal Mail with expected delivery times 3 – 5 days from dispatch
European Tracked & Secure - £8.50

This service is available for deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain & Sweden.

Additional Delivery Information
• All estimated shipping days are referred to as working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and do not include the day of dispatch.
• Shipment dates are estimates with which our carriers work to. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
• Remote areas are subject to an additional 1-2 days. In the UK, this includes but is not limited to Aberdeen, Shetland and Orkney, Oban Depot, Scottish Highlands and Western Isles, Inverness Depot, BFPO, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles.
• Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
• Due to weight restrictions for deliveries outside the European Union, we are unable to accept website orders weighing more than 2kg.
