YOUR PARCEL’S JOURNEY
 
When your order has left us we will send a shipment confirmation email to you so that you know your parcel is on its way. Within the UK, all parcels will be looked after by Royal Mail, couriered around in their red vans! If your parcel is heading outside the UK it will then be looked after by a local delivery partner until it reaches you.
 
We hope the following information below helps to understand how you can find out where your Jellycat parcel is on its journey from us to you!
 
 
DELIVERIES IN THE UK

All orders received by 2pm on a working day are dispatched on the same day.
 
As standard, we send every UK parcel via a premium delivery service with online tracking, with estimated delivery times within 2 working days from dispatch, not including the day of dispatch. Please note that working days do not include Saturdays or Sundays, or any Public Holiday.
 
A link to the online tracking system is included in your shipment confirmation email. When you click through to the Royal Mail website you will see:

  • Date when collected from us
  • Arrival at the collection sorting office
  • Arrival at the destination sorting office
  • Dispatch to  the delivery driver
  • Delivery notification

Please note- the tracking service in the UK does not require a signature.
 
For UK customers, the tracked service is offered free for orders over £30. We offer two further enhanced tracked delivery options.

  •  Express next day tracked delivery (estimated 1 working day from dispatch, not guaranteed)
  • Next day guaranteed delivery by 1pm (if ordered before 2pm)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

 All orders received by 2pm on a working day are dispatched on the same day.
 
The details below are an estimate of international delivery times based on the number of working days from dispatch, not including the day of dispatch. Working days do not include Saturdays or Sundays, or any Public Holiday in the UK or the country of destination. These estimates are the number of days our delivery partners aim to deliver by, but are not guaranteed.
 
During checkout there are two delivery options:

  • A priority non-tracked service- tracking of your parcel is not possible at any point during your parcel’s journey. Estimated delivery time for parcels being sent via this service is 3-6 working days from dispatch in Europe or 5-8 working days from dispatch for all other countries around the world.

  • A tracked or recorded delivery service- the best online tracked or recorded delivery service available to us in each destination. Please see further information below.

If a tracked or recorded delivery service is selected, a link to the online tracking system will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Please note, availability and quality of online tracked delivery services varies from country to country and is dependent on the technology of local delivery partners.

Our best international tracked service is available in 32 countries worldwide and offers a minimum of 6 tracking points from departure to arrival.

  • Estimated delivery of 2 - 3 working days from dispatch

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

  •  Estimated delivery of 4 - 5 working days from dispatch
Andorra, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Croatia, Monaco

  • Estimated delivery of 6 - 7 working days from dispatch
Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, India (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai only), Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore
 
EUROPE or INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SECURE
 
For a further 16 countries, we offer a premium tracked service which includes a minimum of 4 tracking points from departure to arrival, and signature on delivery.

  • Estimated delivery of 3 - 6 working days from dispatch
Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Gibraltar, Greece, Italy, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia

  • Estimated delivery of 5 - 8 working days from dispatch
Argentina, Cayman Islands, Ecuador, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago
 
EUROPE or INTERNATIONAL RECORDED DELIVERY
 
For all other countries in the world, we offer a premium recorded delivery service, which includes online tracking only to UK border, and signature on delivery. This service does not include tracking within the destination country.

Åland Islands, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Moldavia, Montenegro, Norway, Republic of Macedonia, Russian Fed., San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine, Vatican City
